Owner Parmenter and commercial real estate marketing powerhouse Cushman & Wakefield knew they needed to make a statement when they reintroduced Mandalay Tower to the market. Mandalay Towers has been upgraded to reach the top of its class, and we needed to create a video that reflects the unique architecture and setting of Mandalay Towers. Even more important —we needed to convey the sense of place and vibrancy at Lake Carolyn that has grown Las Colinas into one of the hottest office markets in the country.
