Multifamily living has been booming all across the country during the most recent commercial real estate cycle. RocketBrand was selected by Chicago-based AHC Funds to do naming and branding in Dallas for a group of townhome developments in the Henderson corridor. While the townhomes are similar in finish out and demographics, they are all located a few blocks from one another. However, our strategy was to create a unifying name and brand that would tell the entire story. Thus, The Collection was born.
